At Fraser Eagle we believe in the highest standards of quality and safety and that's why we only employ drivers that share these same values.

Every one of our drivers has been through a tough slection process that goes far beyond the mandatory PCV licence and includes our own stringent induction programme where they are tested on their safety knowledge and brought up to speed on Fraser Eagle's customer care policy.

In addition each new recruit is thoroughly checked against the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) and undertakes an ASET defensive driving course.

We are committed to raising driver standards and that's why in 2006 Fraser Eagle teamed up with Accrington & Rossendale College to develop the Career Pathway for the coaching industry - the first course of its kind in the country.

This coach driver development programme is offered to all our drivers and equips them with the skills and knowledge they need to drive our coaches.
